How subscriptions work

Your subscription renews every 30 days. On the day of your next order, payment is processed and your package is delivered automatically.

No reminders. No reordering. It runs quietly in the background. Shipping is always included. At no extra cost.

Can I modify or cancel my subscription?

You can pause, update, or cancel your subscription at any time in your customer account under “Subscription”. All changes take effect immediately.

Can I reschedule or skip the next payment?

In the “Billing schedule” section, you can adjust delivery dates or skip individual shipments if needed.

Once confirmed, future orders update automatically.

What if the payment cannot be processed?

If we’re unable to renew your subscription due to a failed payment, you’ll receive an email with a secure link to update your payment details.

Can I add more products?

In the “Items” section, you can adjust quantities or add additional products to your upcoming shipments. Once saved, the changes apply to all future orders.
