How subscriptions work

Your subscription renews every 30 days. On the day of your next order, the payment is charged to your card and your package is delivered straight to your door — with no need to confirm or reorder anything. Everything runs automatically in the background. Completely hassle-free. Shipping is always on us.

Can I modify or cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can pause, update, or cancel your subscription at any time directly in your customer account under “Subscription”. All changes take effect immediately.

Can I reschedule or skip the next payment?

Yes. In the “Billing schedule” section, you’ll see an overview of all upcoming shipments. For each one, you can adjust the delivery date or simply skip the shipment if you still have enough supply or need a break.

Once you confirm the new date, it automatically updates your future orders as well.

What if the payment cannot be processed?

If we’re unable to renew your subscription due to a failed payment, we’ll send you an email with a secure link where you can quickly update your payment details.

Can I add more products?

Yes. In the “Items” section, you can adjust quantities or add additional products to your upcoming shipments at any time. Once you save your changes, the new setup will apply to all future orders.
